Seafood in Karen is no longer a pipe dream! They offer an array of Mediterranean inspired dishes from prawns, sushi, and calamari to our famous fish and chips and, of course, our legendary creamy lemon sauce. While you’re there you can also enjoy a coffee or a matcha and mint latte.The platters are bountiful, and can be shared between 2 or 3 often with a trio of sauces to choose from and complimentary bread. They are open from 1130hrs to 2300hrs everyday

At the moment the hippest area in Karen has to be the Ngong Road Precinct. The area around Kabwagi is almost unrecognizable with the amount of hip new coffee stalls, shops, and restaurants that have blossomed in the neighbourhood. One of the outstanding venues is Dari restaurant located just before St. Christopher's High School, the restaurant has been built at the edge of a natural spring, in the middle of this indigenous forest and featuring well maintained lawns graced by wildlife; Thomsons’ gazelles, Impalas, Bush babies, Tree squirrels and birds like peacocks, cranes, horn-bills, sun-birds just to name a few. They’re open from 7:00 am to Midnight from Monday to Sunday.

ArtCafe The Hub
This beautiful and perfectly curated restaurant on the entrance of The Hub Shopping Mall their own range of speciality coffee blends, and of course teas and freshly baked pastries. Their smoothies are packed with the freshest fruits & vegetables. They contain superfoods like chia, moringa & baobab extract. Full of antioxidants, vitamins & minerals. They serve a wide array of meal menu options and a host of halal options. Its another of the exciting new restaurants in the ever expanding dining scene in Karen! Their exquisite and well-thought-out interior will have you swooning. It’s definitely worth a visit, but be warned, they are quite popular so try going at off-peak times (they are open from 8 am to 4 pm).
